Separate room, with wardrobe and single bed with storage, which could be used as a dressing room or office without the bed if preferred. Small hallway and semi-private access down side of main property.
I live in the main part of house with my daughter and one dogs. I am a lawyer who works mainly from home. My daughter is 24 and a working actress presently studying at Drama School.
Suitable for professional person working in the area or student who is happy not to house share with fellow students.
Re: 5 night let -I would consider Sun to Thurs nights if more convenient.
