Hi there!
I have a comfy, well-appointed 6 bed house in Bowdon, Cheshire called AYUDA HOUSE and have three rooms to let on either a nightly B&B basis or on a short term let for those who are in the area on business or in between properties. I am currently offering a large single room on a Monday to Friday basis (room only) for c £150 per week depending on usage.
About the other rooms let on B&B basis for short term stays:
There are 2 en-suite bedrooms (Rooms 1 and 2). The other double shares a master bathroom.
There is a large comfy lounge, dining room, light use of large kitchen and utility area. Garden with patio. Plenty of parking, free wifi and UK land line calls.
The specific room advertised is offered on Mon-Fri room only basis for £37.50 per night Prices of other rooms B&B vary. Full price and availability is updated on the Ayuda House website.
