Large double room to let in a lovely house in Burnage. We're on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large garden with patio and off-street parking.
We're 5-10 minutes' walk from Mauldeth Road station between Piccadilly and the airport, and 2 minutes from the #50 bus route past the Universities, through Manchester city centre and out to Salford Quays. We're also close to the 197 and 172 routes.
The room has a wall of wardrobes and a kingsize double bed. There's a spare room in the house which you're welcome to make use of for occasional visitors, and two reception rooms downstairs as well as a large kitchen/diner with your own dedicated fridge-freezer. There's a washing machine and tumble drier, and a downstairs toilet as well as upstairs bathroom. We keep the house pretty clean and tidy and have a gardener to keep it nice outside.
The existing residents, Dave and Eve, are pretty chilled, LGBT+ and LGBT+ friendly, omnivorous, liberal political activists who like sci fi / horror movies and video games. We don't go in for wild parties or late nights. Eve is disabled and usually at home throughout the day.
We don't have pets, though we occasionally sit friends' small dogs. We'd happily consider your well-behaved animal family.
