I'm renting out a single room in South Manchester in the Withington / Burnage area. The house is a 3 minute walk from Mauldeth Rd railway station making easy and quick access to Manchester city centre in 15 minutes! It's also a 25 minute walk to East Didsbury Metrolink Station.

The property is a three bedroom semi detached house in a great location off the Kingsway A34 road. Withington and Fallowfield are 20 minutes walk away, East Didsbury and Levenshulme are just 25 minutes away. Great if you like to explore the local pubs and bars!

Me and my house mate are both young professionals in their early 30s,. We like to work hard during the week and go out during the weekend!

We are both sport mad (football, cricket, golf, tennis) and are also passionate about alternative music. An ideal day for us is to watch some football during the day and then go out to see a band in the evening.

The room is a single room which can fit a 3/4 bed. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. A large garden and patio area is at the rear - ideal for BBQ's. We also have a large outhouse that can be used for extra storage.

Bills not included. Very flexible in terms of leasing periods - open to very short terms arrangements of 4 weeks+.
