Hello there :)

31 year old professional living in 2 bed terraced house in Burnage with 3 cats. Small back yard.

I am working from home so am wanting a professional roommate who wont be partying/bringing people back or coming home too late in the week. Ideally looking for a woman.

Part furnished spare room to rent- it is currently fitted with small wardrobe, desk,
a double bed, mattress and duvet, both bought new.

Close to small convenience shops (5 mins) and less than 10 mins to the bus stop and train station both into manchester city centre (5 mins on the train)

Close to didsbury (10 mins drive)

£365 includes rent, bills and broadband with use of the shared kitchen (fridge but no freezer) and use of the shared bathroom.

Dead sound, looking for chilled person to live with. Happy to cook together/watch films etc or happy to give you your own space if you prefer.

Let on 1 month rolling contract for max 6 months at present.
