En-suite room in Castlefield to let

Hi,

My name is Hollie and my tenancy is up for this flat on the 10th April and my flat mate is moving on but I would like to stay so I’m looking for someone to take over her room 🤗

The flat is on the edge of Castlefield right by McDonald’s, regent road retail park (gym, Sainsbury’s etc) and is walking distance from town!

The room you’d be taking over would the larger room which has the en suite (I use the main bathroom).

The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen area which goes out onto the balcony which is the full length of the flat and overlooks the river (this is what sold the flat to me when I moved in!!)

The boring stuff - bills each per month:
- Rent £475
- Council tax £60
- Electricity/water/internet we both put in about £30-40 a month currently
- The flat also comes with a parking space which is included in the price of the rent, I don’t drive so this would be yours to use 🤗

About myself, I work in hospital as a pharmacist which is generally office hours. I like to come home and chill, go to the gym or go out for food/drinks! Would like whoever moves in to be a friend and not just a flat mate!
