Penthouse Flat Available in Castlefield

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my current housemate who is planning to move out on the 23rd Aug, we need someone who can move in by the 7th Sept.

It's a good sized flat with a large open plan living room/ kitchen. The balcony runs the whole way around the flat so you have access to this from the bedrooms. Bills come to about £200 a month atm including council tax etc. There's a possibility of adding an extra parking space but this isn't guarenteed and comes at an additional price.

The apartment is in Castlefield, about a 5 minute walk from Castlefield Bowl and the Wharf. The closest tram stop is Cornbrook and the nearest supermarket and gym is Regent Retail Park.

A bit about me:
I am a 25 year old professional female who moved to Manchester about 18 months ago. I work in logistics and spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working at home. I'm an easy going, sociable and pretty tidy housemate.
