Unfortunately, 1 of our friends had to drop out so we are looking for another individual to move into this 3-bed apartment. It's a double room and decent size, you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other however there are 2 separate toilets in the apartment (3 including ensuite).
Bills are not included in the rent but, broadband is included. the apartment is on the 9th floor overlooking the canal. The views are amazing. If you are interested please get back to me Asap as we need to fill the role before the 30th of November.
The First month's rent will be more expensive. Then it will go back down to the advertised price. This will be explained to anyone interested
We are both working professionals. really laid-back people. sociable. enjoy going out for food, drinks. Neither of us works from home.
The apartment is furnished. Pictures in the photo would be the apartment we move into. minus the bedding covers etc, I do have a video of the balcony and apartment. I can send them over via WhatsApp if requested.
