It's a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with a balcony and view of Manchester. The flat is pet friendly and dependent on meeting your pet I am happy to live with someone who has cats or other small animals. Parking is £85 a month if you have a car. The electricity bill is £33 each at the moment it will go up however the flat is well insulated and rarely need to put the heating on, water bill is about £20 each, broadband is included and council tax is around £70 each. Good sized living space and spacious rooms. Fully furnished, kitchen fitted with microwave, oven, conduction hob, extractor fan and good amount of cupboard and refrigerator space. The bathroom for your bedroom includes a shower and you can use the bath in my bathroom aswell if you like a bath. I am quite sociable have lots of friends in Manchester but am in the flat most evening weekdays, usually relaxing, watching TV, studying, reading or gaming online. I would love to have a flatmate who is quite independent, has good boundaries and not wanting to party too much in the week/have partners over all the time but happy for you to have people over on the weekends! I am a flexible person as long as you feel able to ask I am happy to agree to most things. You should be relatively tidy in the shared space and do your bit.
