The room comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe, and there is the option to purchase additional furniture (such as desk and chest of drawers) from the current tenant before he moves out.

There is an immaculate, spacious living area with a multi-appliance kitchen and from the hallway, additional bathroom with bathtub. You will have almost exclusive access to the main bathroom (besides guest usage) as I have an en-suite in my bedroom.

The location boasts beautiful scenery with communal outdoor areas along the canal and is a short walk to the city centre, Universities, Restaurants and Bars, with Deansgate and Cornbrook Train / Tram stops even closer.

24/7 concierge and security are on site with secure underground bicycle storage and a car parking space included, which you can use as I don't own a car.

I will say that although there are no negatives of living here, the integrated freezer is tiny, and I struggle for space, but if you eat mainly fresh food and/or takeaways, that won't be an issue.

Hi, I'm Amy, I'm 25 years old, and I work from home full-time in the events industry. My flatmate Steve is sadly moving abroad, so I need a new flatmate to move in with me in mid-to-late September to take his room with a renewed 12 month contract.

I play sports and socialise with my friends regularly, so I am often out the flat after work and on weekends, but I also like to relax at home a few days in the week.

I am very clean, respectful of other's belongings, and considerate of other people's space. It would be really nice to live with someone tidy who doesn't mind doing their own thing but also wants to be friends and hang out when we're both at home.
