It is a bright double en-suite room with plenty of storage space. The building is close to Cornbrook tram stop and has a free gym, co-working space, is pet-friendly and has an underground car park (I believe there is a waiting list and additional charge for this).
Rent is £717.50 (1435 total) plus bills coming to around 200 ish a month. Available from 21st June.
About me: I work in TV Sport doing shifts including weekends so am in and out at weird times and often have days off in the middle of the week, so I would prefer to find someone who also doesn’t work from home or at least has a hybrid schedule.
I’m definitely an extroverted introvert. I enjoy going to the cinema/theatre, brunching, reading, crochet and watching F1. I am chilled, easy-going, clean and tidy and respect each other’s private space. I am not looking to create a party flat! Would be happy to find someone to become a friend and hang out with but also happy doing your own thing.
