House with roof terrace in Castlefield

Hi All,

Both my flat mates are moving out at the end of June but I am keen to renew the lease and stay here so looking for 2 people to take their place.

There are 2 rooms available. The first room has an en suite and is a bit bigger and the other has a shared bathroom, there is also a toilet for the other room so it’s really just the shower that’s shared. They are both double rooms so plenty space in both. The total rent is £2,200 so looking to split it 2x£700 and 1x£800 but open to discussion here!

There is garage and room to park 1 car just in front as long as it’s not massive. The house has a private roof terrace which is unreal in summer. All in all it’s pretty great value for how central it is imo.

A bit about me. I moved down to Manchester from Scotland last year. I am into football/sport and play for a Sunday league team along with my old housemates. Asides from sport I like disco/house music and a good pub. Keen to live with people I can be mates with so if you think we would get on drop me a message!
