I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room from March 2024, move in date flexible.

This house is a gorgeous new build, with its entrance in a gated courtyard (very safe). It has 3 floors, 4 if you include the huge rooftop terrace! (Not photographed, message me for more photos). It’s about a 5 minute walk from Deansegate and Cornbrook tram stops, and a short walk into the centre. Also right by the canal which makes for a lovely walk!

The bedroom has a private half bath, and then the shower/bathtub is shared with one other housemate in a separate bathroom.

There is a huge kitchen with an island and plenty of storage, connected to the lounge and a home office we have set up which anyone can use if working from home.

There is a garage for extra storage, and a parking space available.

Bills and council tax are not included, and come to approx. £110 a month all in.

The other housemates are two male professionals, who are very chilled and looking for someone they can get on with! We often eat together and go for a pint, the guys go to the gym together around the corner, however we are all on busy schedules so they are looking for someone who can also be respectful of that!
