I’m looking for someone to take over my current roommates tenancy ASAP

About me:
My flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to move in to her room. I am a 23 year old working professional, very friendly and sociable but I like my own space and quiet.
I’m very clean, neat and tidy; so my roommate needs to share the same standard of this please.

I work 9-5 and need someone who has a similar routine or is respectful of this as I’m up early.

I’m looking for someone quiet and who shares the same cleanliness standards as me 😊

About the flat:
It is a bright, third-floor, new build 2-bedroom flat with a large open-plan kitchen / living room and more than enough storage space. The kitchen is fully integrated, with dishwasher, washer, and a dining table, and the living room is beautifully decorated.

You would have your own en-suite bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fitted wardrobe. The room also comes with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. There is a large, luxury shower in the bathroom and a huge heated mirror (steam proof.)
