Double room with Private Balcony in Castefield.

Looking to rent out my double room in a duplex apartment in Castlefield, Manchester from May - August.

The room is a great size, with enough space for additional furniture, such as a desk, chair and storage. The room comes furnished with bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It also has massive double door windows which open to a private balcony.

As I'm looking to move cities I'm sad to be leaving this flat, and I'm looking for someone wanting to make friends with my great flatmates!! We often do pub / cinema trips, go to gigs and raves, and all like getting outdoors for hikes if we have time. This let would be for three months but there is the possibility to renew the tenancy if you are a good fit. LGBTQ+ is preferred as both of my housemates are also LGBTQ+, but really just looking for anyone fun, clean, and wanting to meet new people!

Parking is available at an extra cost. The bathroom is a good size, and shared with one other housemate. The property also has a great sized living room / kitchen area, with another two balconies on the upstairs floor. The flat is close to both Deansgate-Castlefield and Cornbrook tram stops (>10 min walk). Bills are around 150-200ish a month on top of rent, council tax band F.
