Hi,
I am looking for someone to move into the double bedroom in my current flat. The ideal flatmate will be someone professional with a warm personality. I am very peculiar about the type of person I live with, cleanliness and good energy are very important (if you practice yoga/meditation, extra points 😊).
Currently, living with me is my cat, Ayra, very gentle and well-behaved.
I work in the Biotechnology sector as an Application Specialist, mostly working from home and with frequent travelling. I keep the flat immaculately tidy and would appreciate someone with a similar mindset. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and love to spend my evenings mellow.
The flat is situated in the city centre, a walking distance from most amenities. There is a couple of lovely gardens downstairs just next to the canal. Though the city centre, it is a very quiet and peaceful area.
I consider myself very easy to get along with, if you have any questions, feel free to send me a message. Happy to chat.
Abraham.
