My name is Sarah and I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared 2 bed flat in Castlefield.
The tenancy term is 12 months and runs between 8 Dec 23 - 8 Dec 24. I ideally would like someone to move in early May but we can be flexible with dates and have a chat about this.
About the flat:
The flat has a communal living room which is open plan with the kitchen, and a dishwasher + washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower.
Also we have a cute balcony!
Rent is £575 each per month which includes wifi.
Bills are around £200 each inc council tax, so in total just under £800 pp/m. Council tax is band C.
As you would be taking over my tenancy until the 8th December 2024, the deposit would also be transferred to you and therefore the deposit amount is £663.46.

I'm looking for a preferably female/ NB flatmate. I'm quite a sociable person however I completely appreciate the need to reset and enjoy some alone time! I really like a very clean space and I really struggle with untidy and messiness, obviously you’re welcome to keep your room however you prefer but I just mean in common areas!

I enjoy hosting friends binge watching tv, I love trying new food places and do like a night out once in a while but I'm trying to limit these slowly because the two day hangovers are not it once you hit the other side of 20s.

The flat is close to the city centre, around a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, Cornbrook.
