Rent is £700pcm excluding bills, including bills it comes to around £850pcm. Move in would be anytime from the 1st May depending on reference checks until March 2025, with the option to renew. Deposit is £723.
The room is very spacious and has lots of storage and access to the balcony. It’s a great location with amazing public transport links. The apartment comes fully furnished.
The current housemate Faye is lovely and super friendly. She works 5 days in the office, a clean person and very easygoing! All about the wholesome vibes, so going to the gym, staying in to watch a film and cook, grabbing a coffee and going for a walk. But also loves getting dressed up to go for cocktails and food. 🍹
