One bedroom flat in Regent Road, furnished. The flat is quite spacious, with big living room and a balcony.

There is 24/7 concierge, a communal area, mezzanine, and bike storage inside the building.
The building is a walking distance to Sainsbury’s Regent Park, gym, and is in the middle between Castlefield/Deansgate and Cornbrook tram stop.

We are leaving the flat as we are moving to a bigger one and looking for someone to replace us. The pictures are the ones taken from the agency when we rented the flat. The flat and forniture are exactly the same.

Agency is Savills and they are very good, we have been here for 4 years and had zero issues.

Rent is 1000 pcm (but the agency might raise it to 1100) excluding bills. We are looking for someone to replace us from the 20th of April but can be flexible if needed.

As usual the agency will vet the new tenant, so you will have to respect the usual requirements of permanent employment with an annual salary > 33000 GBP and will need to provide references.
