2 double rooms available

I have 2 double bedroom which will be available for rent by next month (March) I will be living in the house too but I’ll be downstairs so upstairs will be mostly for the occupants, however the bathroom is upstairs and will be shared between myself and the new house mates. I live with my 2 female cats. My cats are very friendly and mostly around me so won’t bother you much. I work full time Monday to Friday, 3 days from home and 2 days from office. I am located in Chadderton area which has great transport link to the city centre and other places. Bus stop is just few minutes walk from the house and so is the train station. Tram station is also within 1 mile from the house and M60 is just round the corner which is great for getting around Manchester. The area is clean and very calm and friendly neighbours. I am looking for someone who will look after my house just as they would look after their own.
