One minute from train station, it comes with a parking space (in an area with restricted parking). Very close to all shops and amenities inc Waitrose, Tesco, post office and craft ale pub. Open plan living room with TV, and kitchen with fridge, freezer and new washing machine. In a block of 20 apartments completed in 2019 on Mellor Road. The block is called The Pointe.

The bedroom contains a double bed with under-bed storage, a drawer unit, a desk, shelving and a clothes rail.

No pets or couples please (sorry).

Rent is weekly.

Electric heating and cooking; no gas. Apartment is bright and airy. Internet included in rent along with electricity, TV license and water bills.

Looking for a person who is clean and tidy. Suitable for someone looking for stop-gap accomodation. A short term room tenancy agreement will be signed.
