Hi everyone!
I’ve got a double room becoming available at the end of August in my flat in Manchester M8 (Cheetham Hill). Rent is £450 + bills which is usually around £150pcm. Council Tax Band A. The flat is 2bed 1bath, and you would be sharing with me.

There’s unallocated parking at no extra cost in a gated court in front of the flat. The Juliette balcony catches the sun from 12-6 in the summer, which also makes the flat so bright and airy!

The location is super convenient:
• 5 minute walk to Lidl
• 15 minute walk to Queens Road tram stop
• Around 30 minutes into Manchester city centre on foot

A bit about me:
I’m Katie, Im 25 and work as a Special Effects Makeup Technician in Leeds, so I’m usually out of the flat 9-5 on weekdays. Im originally from Glasgow, but studied in Manchester and have lived here for around 4 years. I’m very creative and love making the flat feel cosy and nicely decorated, I love my trinkets! I like my flat to be a cosy sanctuary during the week, but I do enjoy going out and being social at weekends too. I’d say I’m an extroverted introvert and would love to live with someone on a similar wavelength! I’d really love someone to move in who I can spend time with as a friend.
