We have a lovely room to rent in the centre of Chorlton, sharing with two young professionals. Our current housemate is moving out because she's moving for work.
The room is a small double. Bills aren't included but are very reasonable (around £100 a month) for electricity, water, council tax and broadband. Parking is available if required.
The house itself is in the heart of Chorlton with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. Beech Road, Chorlton Park and Chorlton Water Park are all within a 15 minute walk. We're also located very close to the tram stop - on a 5 minute walk away.
We have a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a small outdoor area.
The house needs to be seen to be appreciated!
