I’m working away until the end of my lease and need to find a lovely flatmate to fill my room!
It’s a huge double room, fully furnished, with in an in-built wardrobe. Shared lounge with a big TV (including Netflix, Now TV and Amazon Prime), good sized kitchen and bathroom.
It’s a really quiet area with a parking spot, but only a 10 minute walk to the lovely cafes and bars of Chorlton. St Werburgh’s road tram stop is only a 3 minute walk.
You’d be sharing with a lovely couple called James and Hayley who are both very considerate. Ideally we’d like a female tenant please.
