Double room with en-suite

Hi, my name is Shannon and I’m looking for a new housemate in Chorlton. My current housemate has just brought a house and is looking to move out ASAP – Ideally you would be in the position to move just after Christmas – Your first month rent commencing 1st January 2021.

I am 28 years old, I am looking for a female housemate only. Happy if you are a smoker, but no smoking in the house, etc. I am looking for someone with similar interests to me and who is wanting a friend rather than just a room since it would just be us two I’d like someone I could chill with

Large bedroom with bay window with lots of natural sunlight, en-suite with shower, sink, toilet and fitted cabinets. Bedroom comes with built in double wardrobe including drawers and cupboard underneath. We can also include a IKEA chest of drawers if desired. (Bed is not included with the room) the rest of the flat has been furnished by me.

The living room also has a beautiful bay window which gets the sunlight throughout the day, L shaped sofa and smart TV which belongs to me. The kitchen comprises of a fan assisted oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The flat is located a 2 minute walk away from the Chorlton Tram Stop/local amenities and includes free parking at front (gated driveway) or behind car park. There is also a small shared grass area at the front of the property.
