1 double room available in amazing, homely house in Chorlton!!

The house is really nice, kitchen is amazing with by folding doors onto the garden(BBQ-check),lounge is lovely and homely, 2 bathrooms and the house is great in general.

The owners got the house renovated to such a high standard as they saw it as their family home to live in for life, but have had to relocate for work. It has all modcons and is furnished to a high standard. washer, dish washer, American fridge(ice machine),oven, steamer, hot plate, etc.

You will be sharing with me Laura (28), Kieran(34) and John (37). We are easygoing and enjoy socialising, but also like to chill out.

I work from home a lot... Kieran is a tattoo artist and John is a Snowboarding instructor!

Our current housemate Linny is making the move in with the bf! And ideally we would like a girl to keep it evens but also happy to have another guy here!. And somebody who is tidy is a must, and a good sense of humour always helps!

The rent is 375+bills. The bills are about 100 pounds each which includes All bills and Internet.

The house is close to all the bars and shops etc and is close to the metro and bus links, and is right next to Longford Park and the athletics track!

The move in date is currently 1st Jan but Linny may be moving sooner (so the rooms possibly available from the 5th December)

There is a deposit of 413 and we are looking for someone longer term (min. 6 months)
