The flat is composed of two double rooms, a bathroom, a big living room, and a well-equipped kitchen.
The spaces have big windows, getting naturally very bright during the day and nice lamps give good and adjustable levels of illumination at night.

There is a very green garden in the backyard with direct access from the front.

The common spaces are cleaned weekly, and the garden is also well maintained.

There is a washing machine, brand new oven, big fridge with a big freezer (with less than a year of use), and more than enough shelves and storage spaces.

The flat counts with wooden floor in common spaces and carpet in the bedrooms.
