Unique flat in the heart of Chorlton

Alright,

My name is Fahim and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my room in Chorlton at the start of September.

There's two other people who currently live here and they're brilliant. One will be moving into his own flat in late September though. The other is very calm and just genuinely a lovely person.

Only reason I'm moving on is because I'm going travelling.

The rent for the place is quite low considering the size of the room, location and the general size of the entire flat. So this is more about finding the 'right person' for the place than anything.

Ideally you're someone who doesn't live to go out, are open minded, respectful (as in just generally to other people) and well, just get along with people.

The flatmate who will be staying is a learning manager for the museum, so maybe if you're interested in that sorta stuff the better

Flat is expected to be in decent enough condition in terms of cleansiness. Not an immaculate level by any means but basics such as cleaning up after yourselves etc.

Not going to lie, this flat won't be for everyone. It has its quirks. But it feels like a home rather than a... Generic house. It has personality. And that's not a sell, if anything, it'll put people off. But again, looking for the "right person". Not someone who only wants to live here because of the price.
