Perfect location for St Werburghs metro link interchange just around the corner along with a few shops and a post office.

All main pubs and shops along Wilbraham Road are in easy walking distance.
Morrisons supermarket is also 5 minutes walk away.

Looking for an easy going housemate as I am too. And someone who is clean and tidy.

Parking is no issue.
