A nice and cosy room in a big 3-bed house with a big garden available now.
Big Double Room with a king size bed and very comfy mattress. It comes with a desk, and a lot of storage - a big wardrobe, massive drawers, bed storage, cabinets and a mirror. It has a big window overlooking the garden.

Shared kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room. Fully furnished. Garden access.

All bills are capped at past levels of usage. So we would appreciate someone who sees keeping the bills low as a team effort. Total with bills comes to £650 a month, payable by 1st of each month, all bills and broadband included.

The house is quiet and tidy and any potential room mate would need to be the same. We are looking for a female or male who is easy to live with, good at tidying up after themself, and taking care of the property. It is important you know basic standards of cleanliness and respectful behaviour.
It is not a business house sharing with lots of strangers. It is more family feel, lovely, cosy house and you will feel like at home.

There are two girls, both professionals and studying. We are at work/Uni most of the day and after coming back home we like to relax, wind down in the evening, and enjoy a quiet environment.
