In a nice and cosy 3-bed house with a big garden.

Shared living and dining room area. Fully furnished.
Garden access.
All bills and broadband are included in rent but are capped at past levels of usage. So we would appreciate someone who sees keeping the bills low as a team effort.

The room is available for short term only.

There are two student/professionals in the house at the moment studying and working most of the time. The house is quiet and relaxing in the evening.

The housemates are very friendly, respectful, very tidy (this is the very important point). The house is quiet and tidy and any potential room mate would need to be the same.
We expect housemates to be clean and respectful of the space and each other.
