A ground floor spacious cool room with afternoon light, wooden floorboards, gas fireplace with mantel piece with one mid-century wardrobe and 1 bench available to assist with furnishing. Beautiful room. We are a 2 min stroll from Beech Rd and love it. This is our home and we cherish our time and space (allergic to dust means I am a neat freak) but at the same time are open to change and trying new things. Would suit a deep sleeper (sorry no double glaze windows!) and a nightbird who might like to slink in and out of the house in the wee hours. Kinda need to love dogs as you'll be sleeping next to a giant malamute x husky (in next room) and ideally you're into politics as you'll be living with an academic for whom everything is political! I dance, keep up with the news, commute by bike, walk the doggo twice a day, eat fresh and well and travel near and far fairly often. Ideally, you're open to going on the lease too :) UK/local professionals encouraged as we are already a pretty international household!
