Room to rent in Chorlton with laid back gals, just off Barlow Moor Road.

We're looking to fill a room in our home in a great location!

We’re Sarah, Lucy, and Lynsey, all in our 30s. We have a bedroom in our lovely little house available now as Lucy is moving due to buying her first home.

We are all working professionals and all work a lot, so out most days during the week with only the odd day wfh.

We are busy with our own lives but also like to hang out and catch up when we can (cooking a roast, having a take away or pints at our local). We are super chill, tidy and friendly, and looking for a 3rd housemate who will compliment the relaxed atmosphere in the house – we're independent but also like to hang together when we can and would love someone with a similar vibe! We like chilled nights at home but are also very sociable and often have visitors and pals round (respecting everyone's space of course!)

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is partly furnished, the current bed belongs to the current housemates. It can also be painted if the colour of the room isn't for you.

We can't have pets as it's not in our contract but we do regularly pet sit and love a furry friend visiting so if you're not into dogs or cats then maybe not the house for you!

The house is based just off Barlow Moor Road, less than a minute from the likes of Double Zero, The Drop and Strangebrew, and Beech Road is very close by too!

It’s a 10 minute walk from the tram and a minute from Chorlton Bus Station and has very good transport links into the city, as well as free parking on the street.
