5 person house across from Duffy’s bar in the centre of Chorlton. It’s beautifully sized. The rooms are really spacious. Just my room going as I’m moving out. I’ve loved living here. The rent is 270 a month and the bills are sent to the lead Tennant of 160 pounds a month (which is to account for the estimates throughout the year).
The deposit is 5 weeks rent but Spare Room isn’t recognising that at the minute. Should be 337.50.
