Double bedroom available in lovely Chorlton flat

I am moving out of my flat as I am moving to Germany, so looking for someone to replace me in this lovely flat with two amazing flatmates.

You’d be living with two graduate medical students (27F and 28F), both really chill and friendly. We’re looking for someone who would fit in with the relaxed social atmosphere of the flat. Ideal flatmate would be friendly, happy to hang out in communal areas and generally clean and tidy. As flatmates have busy jobs and medical studies, not looking for people who are regularly out/back late/loud late at night during the week.

The flat is light, modern and well furnished, with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, one lounge and a hallway. The bedroom is a good sized double room with plenty of storage. Flat is 1 min walk from buses into central Manchester and 6 minute walk to the Chorlton metro station.

We’ll do flat viewings w/c 23rd February and w/c 2nd March.

Other details - Partners welcome to visit, but not to live together in the room. Base rent for the room is £550, if you are a student bills are about £60 per month, if a professional then £160 as would include council tax. Landlords are great and sort any problems very quickly. Contract runs until early November with option to extend after.
