Cozy top floor room available from early June in a spacious Chorlton townhouse, well positioned next to Morrisons and the tram stop. The house is a four bed, with two toilets (including a shower), comfy shared living room, kitchen/diner, garden and basement. We don’t have a drive but there is on street parking.

The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, as well as a blackout blind.

The new housemate will be living with George (26), Jack (27) and Kate (24) - we are looking for a girl to keep the gender balance :)

We’re a tight knit, outgoing lot, looking for a new friend as well as a housemate! We do a lot of stuff together including nights out, gigs, and cooking together (with lots of bbqs in the summer!) but we also like to chill (all have full-time jobs) and do our own thing.
