The room itself is large with double bed, 2 wardrobes, a chest of draws, 2 bed side drawers and a desk.
Parking is available sporadically on the driveway of the business (when out of hours).
The flat is situated very close to the 4 banks crossroads, So easy access to all the local amenities (Proof bar is 6 doors away) .
Housemate 1, Debbie, 25, works as a Support Worker so has shift work.
Housemate 2, Priya , 32, works as an administrator at RBS so works 9-5.
Both are super chilled, enjoy getting out as much as a good night in.
Our landlord is really quick at dealing with any (if) issues.
Gas, Electric, Phone, Broadband, Water and Council Tax are all excluded and all paid by Direct Debit.
Bills usually tot up to about £100 so on a month basis we roughly pay £385 per person.
