Room currently available for short let from 6th Feb to 13th Feb in central Chorlton.

The room & flat

The room is big and bright, with great views onto central Chorlton. You have shared use of a communal kitchen with a dining space, bathrooms (one proper bathroom and a separate toilet and wash space) and a relaxed and respectful environment.

We’re a bunch of chilled-out LGBT-friendly professionals who will be found cooking or chatting over a glass of wine in the kitchen. We're all pretty independent and do our own thing to some extent but also enjoy a pint, quiz night or whatever else is on when we have chance.

NB: While we are a relaxed household, we are looking for someone who is clean and tidies up after themselves!

Aside from council tax (included), other household bills (electric, gas, water, and internet) come to around £55–£65 a month throughout the year.

Info about Chorlton

Chorlton hosts a huge number of restaurants and within 1 min walk we have Nepalese, Indian, Italian, Tapas, Japanese, plus a couple of lovely bars and cafes (just over the road). Walk just a few minutes further from the flat into either the centre of Chorlton or onto Beech Rd and you’ll find a huge variety of restaurants and bars to suit every taste.

M&S, Tescos, Co-op and Morrison’s stores are all within a 6-minute walk. Chorlton has every type of shop you’ll need including a big vegan supermarket.

Transport links are excellent. The tram can get you into the city centre in 15 mins and has stops all over Manchester. Buses are frequent and the nearest one into the city is 2 mins walk away. If you commute by car the M60 is 10 mins drive away.
