Double Room on Beech Road

Flat on the beautiful beech, full of bars and restaurants but the room is on the other side of the house so you don’t hear the noise even though it usually dies down by 11/12.

It’s a ten minute walk to the metrolink chorlton and theres a tesco express co-op and huge morissons in walking distance as well as an amazing pizza restaurant called double zero which does amazing neopolitan pizza.. !!

the bus 86 is a 5 minute walk away and that goes right down by the northern college of music and to piccadilly if you’re interested in going to uni or town

the house is shared with three other girls between 25 and 30. They are all friendly and welcoming they like a party and a few drinks at the weekend but nothing too crazy and they’re super easygoing.

the rent is 460£ for a 12-month contract and 475£ for a six month contract it doesn’t include bills but the bills should be aprox 30£ each. The rent also includes a cleaner that comes once every two weeks and the letting agency has a whatsapp group so if you have any issues they can contact you immediately which is pretty useful.

the agency is called idealhouseshare and is based in didsbury the staff are really young and organise social events too!
