Friendly house share in Chorlton

The living room

Hi,

We’re looking for a 3rd housemate to complete our 3 bed houseshare in Chorlton. The room will be available to move in on the 1st of December, maybe a bit earlier!

We have a nice double room at the back of the house available as our lovely housemate is moving closer to her work.

The house is about 30 seconds from Unicorn and 1 min from Barbakan (our fave shops) and about 5 mins walk to Chorlton tram stop. The room is a double room, bright and has a nice fireplace feature.

We’re looking for a friendly, fun and clean and tidy young professional housemate to join us! Una, 31 works as a film archivist and Lydia, 26, works in TV. We are both busy with jobs but like to chill out and watch TV together in the evenings, go running/to the gym. Happy to go out for the odd drink but definitely not a party house.

Una is vegan and Lydia pescatarian so veggie preferred but not essential. Our varied interests include, cooking, music, films, Netflix, feminism, environmentalism, fashion, RuPaul's Drag Race and all the other cool interests.

Rent is £294 a month and with bills on top it comes to around £400 per month.
