Spacious room in friendly house share!

Bedroom

We are looking for someone to take over our large ground-floor room furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, two book-cases, two clothes rails and a comfy chair. If you have your own furniture we can also clear the room before you move in.

The house has a cosy living room with double-doors looking onto a large garden and a garage where we keep our bikes. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and spare bedroom.

Both house mates work during the week. We like to cook and eat together regularly and go to the pub or cinema at weekends.

We live in a quiet street ten minutes walk from the centre of Chorlton, well-connected by bus stops and five minutes walk from St Werburghs Road tram stop.

We work out rent based on the amount of people, so couples are also welcome at a slightly adjusted rate (£210 each).
