Small Furnished Double - Available May 22Nd !

This is a happy, progressive household in a family area by beautiful Chorlton Water Park !! I have a beautiful Belgian shepherd x Malamute dog - you have to be extremely dog friendly and be willing to learn how to handle him. He is a happy friendly dog but big and powerful : ) !

Sharing with myself (32yo self-employed female, often working from home) and a 23yo male recruitment consultant. We are very chill, mature and humble but also young-hearted, ambitious and independent minded. We are looking for a ***clean and responsible*** person who can commit to mucking in with dog-walking to take this room, which carries a lower rent due to dog walking duties.

To any dog lover this should be a breeze and absolute joy : )

As for the house, the place is decorated to a beautiful standard and has a great back garden that gets heaps of sun when it does come out to play. The local social scene you probably know is vibrant and the location accessible. The house is also right next to Chorlton Water Park Nature Reserve for the outdoor, al fresco-minded (great for dog walks), and there is a row of convenience (mini-supermarket/pharmacy) 30 seconds away. Families with young children all around and as such this is not an overt party house.

Bills, Netflix, bi-weekly cleaning of common areas and intense dog hugs included.

***What I need from you :
The respect and consideration of all of us socialising, as much as our privacy
Be yourself, however introvert or extrovert you feel to be is fine although it is important you know what humility is
I don’t mind if you are a student or professional
Be willing to walk the dog in the mornings (before 12pm) for 20-30 mins, Monday to Friday, following handling guidelines
Tidy up after yourself
A willingness to help the people you live with have a nice day

About me : I work at home for myself, speak Italian y un pocito espanol.. i oscillate between keeping myself to myself and seeking company. Sometimes I am at home in the day, and sometimes I travel away. Luke (IT recruitment consultant) typically works 9-5 hours, is big on gaming often out with friends over the weekends.
