Hello! We're a ragtag bunch of pals looking for a new housemate to fill our cosy single. This is a well-loved Edwardian house which we having been renting for over four years. Conveniently located near bars and shops. The neighbours are all very genial.
We are four boys and one girl, four professionals and one student, four scientists and one dreamer, four carnis and one vegan. Plus one very curious feline (see mischievous devil in the pics).
As such we like to hang out in the evenings; cooking in the kitchen, chilling in the living room or across the road in our local.
We would love a like minded person to move into our home.
The rent is £300 which includes all bills and internet etc. The living room currently has a smart TV with netflix and prime. As a larger house we also have a weekly cleaner who does the communal areas and vacs the bedrooms.
