The action in Chorlton centre and Metrolink Firswood stop (to city centre and Media City) is also an easy walk away.
The room is a light and spacious ground floor double room with double bed, plenty of storage and tv aerial point.
The house is well maintained and is kept clean and tidy with a regular cleaner. All bills are included (cleaner, wireless broadband, council tax, electric, gas, water, and TV license). This leaves nothing else to pay. Also no agent fees. The other tenants are friendly, respectful, tidy professionals. Looking for a similar new housemate please.
