Renovated Flat in the heart of Chorlton

i am currently searching for an easy going laid back professional to share this wonderful flat at the heart of Chorlton, as my flatmate is moving out now.

The flat is 5 minutes from tram station and Morrisson's super market and close to lots of pubs and restaurants.

Beech road is just 5 minutes walk away.
I never had any problem with the location as it is close to many shops and easily accessible with public transportation

Including the bills the total cost sums up between 550-600 pounds a month. 450 pounds for rent + 50 pounds council tax (Band B) + 40 pounds electricity (more or less depends on consumption and provider) +22pounds for internet + water consumption (once in six months).
If someone is interested moving into the flat then we will have to sign a 6 month contract with Emma Hatton LTD agency as well with a 450 pound refundable deposit.

I am an easy going person reasonably tidy who likes to have a nice chat but as well can spend time by himself enjoying being quite.

I like cooking , going out and having some pints or just simply stay at home watch a movie and enjoy some nice food.

I am working as a software developer and currently partly working from home as I go to the office for a couple days a week.

My new flatmate i would expect to be an easy going, reasonable professional.

So if you plan to move in we are going to have a contract with the agency with the date of move in to be of 11th of June. It could be also earlier as my flatmate is going to leave on the begining of June
