The flat was newly built in 2017. It's perfectly situated on the corner of the quote unquote "fashionable Beech Rd", ideal for the tram and there's parking

My current flatmate is buying their own place after just over 2 years so I'm keen to find someone as easy-going and erm 'reliable' (she'll appreciate that compliment haha)

For me personally, I'm quiet during the week but usually out footballing and seeing friends and family during the weekends

The flat is fully furnished. In your room the wardrobe you can see in the photo will remain, as well as the double-bed/mattress. The room has WiFi, you'll have no issues with the internet/hooking the TV up to Netflix etc. Anything you want to know, just ask!

All bills are included in the £600 (incl. the service charge, pretty much all the subscription TV packages and a cleaner)
