Large Double in Victorian Chorltonville House

We are Cat, Oli and Daniel. We are sadly losing our housemates John and Claudia who are moving in with their partners so we have 2 rooms available. One for 450 and one for 350. 450 is available ASAP and 350 is available in November .

The room itself is pretty fabulous, it has a dark carpet (useful) and a lovely window looking out onto a very attractive Chorlton street, with a beautiful blooming pink flowered tree outside (blooms twice a year).

Bit about ourselves.... Oli is in the property industry, works from home, very fun/ridiculous drunk who enjoys all brands of gin and big fluffy cats (if you have, massive plus). He is from Worcester, is your top floor companion or shall we say "next door neighbour". You have a lovely big bathroom that you'll be sharing together, complete with shower and bath and view of garden.

Cat & Daniel are a couple, Cat is English (from London) and Daniel is Spanish (Seville) - they both run a Food business/street food/catering situation which means they are not in the house 24/7 and are quite social and active beings.

We are very lucky to have not one, not two, but THREE living rooms. We have a kitchen/diner with a couch and dining room table; a plush living room with 2 couches and TV etc....... and....wait for it..... a private cinema room downstairs in the basement for all your private needs.

Unfortunately the scalextric is no longer there., however the lazy bois and projector are.

We are all adults, enjoy the odd BBQ and party but are not mad anymore, so need someone who is a fun grownup, enjoys a social, wants to be our mate and respects common areas.

Currently house comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney plus!

Please note your room will be unfurnished bar a double wardrobe but the house is fully furnished. If you don't want the furniture it can be sold as well no problemo.
