Perfect location in Chorlton! Lots of places to eat, drink and shop :) There's a coop right next door which is useful and a pub opposite with a really good beer garden. There's a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Me and Beth, (25), Josh (31), people chill in the living room most nights, cook and go out for drinks! I work in events and Beth works as a Florist so there's always lovely flowers in the house. Josh works as a sound tech so works most weekends.
As much as we go out and drink, the house isn't really a party house just because there's not enough space and we all work at different times. We are all tidy and respect each others space.
There is only one bathroom so please be mindful if you are having someone stay over a lot as it can get a bit much.
We would love some is who chilled, likes to socialise and tidy! It's a great house and a perfect location :)
