Spacious double room in friendly Chorlton house

Hi there, dia duit, bonjour. We're looking for a new housemate to take over a double room as soon as possible.

The room available is very spacious with lots of room for activities. The house itself is quite big, the kitchen is a lot larger than it seems in the photos and comes with a very handy dishwasher. The sitting room is very long with room for a few couches and some artwork. We have a wall mounted TV as well which can't be seen in pictures provided, which can be great for cosy movie nights or watching random things on Netflix. There's also a garden, plus an inflatable Hot Tub, which is great to use in the summertime to have friends over or just for ourselves.

We're quite a sociable house, and like to go out together either for spontaneous pints or other activities, such as just chilling and watching TV together. There's always scope as well for random walks since there's far too much natural beauty just outside Manchester, not to mention the likes of Longford Park and Sale Water Park which are pretty much just on our doorstep.

Just a little bit about ourselves:
Mike's 31 and from Galway in Ireland. He's a mechanical design engineer. He's into board games, hikes in the peak district, sports, and the occasional pint. If he's out of the house he could easily be playing Gaelic Football at Hough End or at some random gig in town or nested in a random location reading.

Helen, 29, from Belfast. She moved to Manchester 6 months ago for work and is enjoying getting to know the city via its pubs. She loves running, cooking, music and current affairs.

There's no minimum or maximum length of stay in the house, and no deposit. Landlord is very sound and quick to fix things. Please note that while the current cost of the room is £400 pre-bills (which are typically roughly £100 a month), the price is going up from August (by £30 - £40).
