Spare Double Bedroom in Chorlton, Beech Rd Area

Hi! We're Esmé and Maisie, 2 pals looking for a third housemate to fill the room in our lovely Chorlton home :-) We're both currently working between home and the town centre, travelling fairly regularly for work or recreation, meaning that the house is mostly a quiet space due to different working hours and times in and out of the house. However, we enjoy the occasional little dinner party or having friends round to watch a film/ tv! We both enjoy cooking and treating ourselves to the finer things in life when possible (eg. maldon salt), and also show keen interests in various sport, music, film and cultural disciplines. We share the house with a little cat called Miso so someone pet friendly is preferred, however she will spend most of her time in Esme's room anyway, and shouldn't come in your room unless you wanted her to :) As well as the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, you will have access to a small spare bedroom and cellar (not the most inviting) for extra storage space! The spare room is currently occupied by a keyboard, amp, guitars etc but happy to have a shuffle around and make this a space for work, art, yoga or anything else you can think of! The property falls in Council Tax band D, so we're currently paying £55 pp for that and around £60 pp for electricity/water/broadband bills, making the rent about £500 in total.
