Double room available in lovely Chorlton townhouse with 3 housemates.

We are looking for a new housemate to join us as our housemate John is leaving after 5 years! Current housemates include: one girl, and two boys so we are ideally looking for femme presence to join us and balance out the house.

About us: we are a LGBTQ+ friendly household all working at the moment in different professions, 2 of us are DJ’s and one us a dancer. We are a sociable house but not a party house so we’re looking for someone who aligns with this too. We all have different schedules some working nights and some during the day. We are ultimately looking for someone laid back , friendly and clean!

About the room: it’s a larger room on the second floor of the house with a view of the back garden, currently unfurnished apart from a bed frame so that would need to be considered. We have two bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room, and a utility room.

Transport links are pretty good with Chorlton tram stop 5 mins away and a bus stop 2 mins away. There is also parking space outside the house.

We are looking for someone to move in asap ideally!

We also currently have Chiyo the cat staying with us so being ok with cats is a must! And unfortunately we can’t take on anymore pets due to Chiyo’s territorial overrule.
